At OUR Spaces we understand that your personal information and privacy is important to you. We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely, and used only according to your wishes as you have communicated them to us.

OUR Spaces collects personal information (such as email address) only from members and others who have actively shown an interest in the society. This information is collected by mail, on-line or in person.

Use of Information
OUR Spaces uses personal information to better serve our members. Primarily, this includes:

  • Mailings (by post or electronic) to provide information about operations
  • Mailings (by post or electronic) to thank supporters
  • Mailings (by post or electronic) to invite supporters to special events

OUR Spaces is committed to using personal information in a respectful and useful way. Members and supporters will receive information that we believe will be of interest.

Storage of Information
Personal information is stored in our database on a secure server and in hard copy files. Only authorized OUR Spaces personnel have access to this information. Depending on the sensitivity of the information OUR Spaces uses appropriate security measures to protect the information.

Changing List Email Address or Removal from List
If you want to get off our mailing list or send us a change of information please email info@ourpaces.ca stating the nature of you're request.
